Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately by using the “contact us” form on our website or by emailing us at info@infusezen.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel your order and refund your purchase. Your refund will be in the same form as the payment used to make the original purchase.

 

For Defective/Damaged Products or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if we accidentally send you the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work with you to exchange the item for a new one.

 

For incorrect addresses or undeliverable addresses: The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address on their order is correct. We are unable to stop or divert a package once it has been shipped. We ship to the address the customer provides at checkout, we are unable to refund any items that are not received due to an incorrect address being entered by the customer.  If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or if the package is refused by the customer, we will issue a refund minus the shipping fee. If you received free shipping on the order, we will deduct the actual shipping cost incurred by us from your refund once we receive the item back.

 

Price Adjustments: We do not adjust prices after purchase. Items on our website are not eligible for price adjustments if the item goes on sale on InfuseZen.com or if a lower price is found on any other selling platform.

 

Clearance:  Any "clearance" items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned. If there is a problem with your order please contact us.

 

Bundles:  If returning a bundle, all items in the bundle must be returned to receive a refund.

 

For all other returns, including buyer’s remorse: We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.  Please let us know you would like to return the item by using the “contact us” form on our website or by emailing us at info@infusezen.com. If you are within your return window, we will send you the address to ship your item(s) back to and we will confirm your refund amount at that time. 

  • The original shipping fees to get the item to you are not refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual cost to ship the item to you will be deducted from your return amount. We will let you know your refund amount via email before you send the item back.
  • The buyer is responsible for creating their own return label and for all shipping related fees associated with the return. Tracking on your return package is recommended.
  • Any items returned to an address other than the one we provide you will not be refunded. You must contact us for our return address before sending an item back to us.
  • All products must be returned unused, and in the condition in which you received it including all packaging and tags. Any used items or items returned in poor condition will not be refunded.
  • Once we receive your returned items, please allow us 3-5 days to process your refund. Your refund will be in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.
